The processing of biomass fuel particles is not completed by a single particle machine, and is often determined by several factors.
1. The moisture content of raw materials is very strict for processing wood chips. The moisture content of raw materials should be controlled at around 15%. If the moisture content of raw materials is too high, it is easy to block the mold, and the particles cannot be produced. Even if they are produced, they are easy to break. If the moisture content of the raw material is too low or too dry, the viscosity is not good and it is not easy to form. If the raw materials meet the requirements, only one sawdust granulator is needed for production. If the moisture content does not meet the standard, a dryer is required, and the price increases again.
2. The specifications of the raw materials. If the raw materials are wood chips, an additional wood crusher needs to be added for crushing treatment. If the raw materials are large-sized wood, an additional wood chipper needs to be added to first break the non-standard wood into wood chips and then crush them, which will greatly differentiate the prices.
3. The production factor, the output of the sawdust particle machine, determines the model of the sawdust particle machine. The price naturally varies depending on the model. If the model of the sawdust particle machine has a production capacity of 2 tons or more, it is recommended to equip cooling equipment because when the sawdust particles are first produced, there is a temperature of 5-60 degrees Celsius. If they are directly bagged, the hot air can easily become damp after condensation, causing the particles to deform or disperse. The cooling equipment uses a fan to extract heat and steam, To meet the standard of direct bagging of particles, there is also an optional equipment after cooling, which is an automatic weighing and packaging machine. This can be selected according to customer needs.
